Yes — import, edit and export supported formats. Validate complex formulas, charts, fonts and embedded objects with your real files. CSV and TSV don’t keep workbook formatting or multiple sheets.

### Can people keep editing offline?

Open documents stay editable offline and sync on reconnect. Fully offline apps depend on your product design.

### How is Univer licensed?

The open-source core is Apache-2.0. The commercial SDK is licensed separately; the Free Trial is for evaluating it, with some limits.
